Purpose

The program is intended for an assessment of quality of efficacyy of information educational systems used at problem solving of an evaluation of quality of education.

Capabilities

The program allows:
1. To plot the chart phase spaces of a formation evaluation and graph of an epsilon - entropy in a understandable simple view for a consequent evaluation by the user.
2. To calculate values of an evaluation of quality of efficacyy of information educational systems, as on each of the participants, on which one the research, and as a whole on all participants was conducted.
3. To variate the established by default values of the table of assessments, thereby variating data-ins, that allows during activity to effect more detail analysis and evaluation.
