The effective solution of this problem demands an operating coordination of gains basing on shared information exchange about achievements in range of maintenance of information safety of the personality, company and state in conditions of threats of terrorism. This purpose was put at building the present magazine and definition of its subjects. The computer version of the magazine, and also as much as possible abbreviated access to publication in him, will ensure an operationability in information exchange, that will be doubtless to promote efficacyy of researches in range of scrambling with terrorism.
